Privacy notice for the release sign-up

Who we are

Magic Town Media Limited is the data controller. Company number 04622645. Registered office: 16 South End, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 1DN. Contact for anything about your data: support@fabstir.com.

What we collect and why

If you sign up, we store your email address, the time you signed up and the wording you agreed to. We use it for one thing: to send you one email when the Platformless AI add-on for Blender is released. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To stop automated abuse of the form, the server keeps your IP address in memory for about ten minutes. It is never stored with your email address. Like any web server, ours records connection errors and blocked connections, which can include an IP address, in its system logs for security; those logs are deleted after seven days. We keep no record of the pages you visit.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies’ servers.

Where it is kept and who processes it

The list is stored on a server in London that Inspira Ltd rents from Vultr and provides to us; both act as our processors. When the release email is sent, it will go through an email delivery provider acting as our processor; we will name it here before it is used. We do not sell or share the list with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your address is deleted within 30 days of the release email being sent. If the add-on has not been released by 31 January 2027, the whole list is deleted then, without any email being sent.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your address, ask us to restrict its use, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@fabstir.com from the address concerned. We reply only to that address. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
